    The parties' initial investment in the 50/50 percent owned company amounts to SEK 540m and comprises a portfolio of four school and retirement homes, as well as an elderly housing project, all located in the Stockholm and Malmö area. Real estate comes from Lantmännen's existing portfolio. In five to seven years, the company hopes to reach a market value of approximately SEK 3 billion.

  • AG assists Svensk Kärnbränslehantering AB regarding the final disposal of nuclear fuel

    Svensk Kärnbränslehantering AB (SKB) is owned by the Swedish nuclear power industry and is responsible for its mission for final disposal of spent nuclear fuel and radioactive waste from Swedish nuclear power plants. To dispose of the spent nuclear fuel, SKB plans to construct an encapsulation plant in Oskarshamn and a final repository underground in Forsmark.

    Svensk Kärnbränslehantering AB (SKB) is owned by the Swedish nuclear power industry and is responsible for its mission for final disposal of spent nuclear fuel and radioactive waste from Swedish nuclear power plants. To dispose of the spent nuclear fuel, SKB plans to construct an encapsulation plant in Oskarshamn and a final repository underground in Forsmark.

    These are technically complex nuclear facilities, currently under license testing, to be planned in the next few years. The project work is divided into various assignments and is to be carried out by both Swedish and foreign consultants.
