AG Advokat welcomes two new partners

On January 1st 2022 Elin Schedin and Måns Derk entered as partners in AG Advokat, thereby strengthening the firm’s construction- and real estate teams.

Elin specializes in construction and real estate law with an emphasis on the construction industry’s standard agreements. She regularly assists clients in contract negotiations and with ongoing advice in major construction projects, and also has experience in corporate- and real estate transactions.

Måns has been working at AG Advokat since 2015, he was hired immediately after completing law studies, when AG Advokat’s transaction group was first started. Måns works widely within in real estate- and environmental law, with a special expertise in real estate transactions/M&A and real estate financing.
